Q1.Will KOLs I choose be surely writing advertorials for our products or service?
A：Basically KOLs are glad to work with advertorials, except the following conditions:
1）KOL is not available during the campaign period
2）The product or brand doesn't fit the KOL's style
If that's the cases above, we will help you to coordinate with KOLs or recommend similar KOLs to you
Q2.Do I need to contract with KOLs before working together on specific campaign?
A：Yes. After you submit your order, our customer service staff will contact you for details of the case, and you need to contract with us for the quotation of KOL service, privacy policy, service content and expected KPI.
Q3.How do I work with KOLs?
A：There are mainly three ways to work with KOL:
1）KOL directly forwards content provided by you without any editing, no need to write original advertorials
2）KOL writes original advertorials by using photos or other information provided by you, then posts it on their own platforms
3）KOL writes original advertorials, shoots photos or videos by themself after trying the product or service provided by you. The final content to post will be based on their experience of using your product or service.
Q4.If I'm not satisfied with the advertorial draft written by KOL, can I ask them to modify?
A：Yes. Before you send out the modification points to KOL, it's better to think twice and to conclude all points in one sheet. In case of wasting too much time on back and forth, we suggest you limit the modification to at most 2 times.
Q5.Will you translate the advertorial draft to English for us if the draft is not in English?
A：No. But if you need the service from us, additional fee will be charged.
Q6.After the campaign finishes, will you send me a KPI overview?
A：Yes, we will provide a report for you, including basic analysis based on KPI data.
Q7.Will there be a discount for long-term cooperation or multi-cases?
A：Yes. It will depend on specific case.
