Choyce: I majored at Japanese language at the Fu Jen Catholic University. So, Japan was the main country I travelled to in the beginning. I was 20 years old during my first visit to Tokyo. I would travel abroad four times a year. After I had my first child, I started to travel around Europe. In one year, I travelled to five continents (Africa, Australia, America, Asia, Europe). I became a travel blogger, international foreign tourist guide and on parenting blogging. I am abroad for more than 200 days a year.
AsiaKOL: Which would you say was your most memorable trip so far?
Choyce: Well, every trip has a different experience and story. One that comes in mind was Morocco where I had a culture shock.
There was also a lot of bad reputation on Paris on the safety and security concerns. But when I was there, I was pleasantly surprised as I had a lot of locals helping me out. I also really love the culture and historical buildings in Paris. Paris seemed like a dream.
I had a bad experience in Switzerland. It was my first time there travelling with my Kids (1Y & 3 Y). My homestay owner was Taiwanese and they were quite harsh expectably to Taiwanese. After that experience, I told my self never to book a homestay owned or managed by a Taiwanese.
