AsiaKOL: Could you introduce yourself?
Le Quoc Phong: My name is Le Quoc Phong, 25-year-old resident of Hai Phong, the second-largest city in northern Vietnam. Several years ago, I bought a cat and chose the name “Cho” after noticing the cat loved to wag its tongue back and forth like a puppy. I thought “Cho” – the Vietnamese word for ‘Dog’ – would be a fitting name for this Scottish Fold cat.
AsiaKOL: Would you explain your influencer experience?
Le Quoc Phong: I created facebook fanspage for my special co-worker(“Cho”) and so far has attracted over 150,000 followers throughout Vietnam, Thailand and China. Like most Scottish Folds, Cho’s ears fold down on his head. However, it is the cat’s fashionable ensemble that draws attention to this feline fishmonger.
Cho spends his days staring longingly at would-be customers, hoping to use his wide-eyed charm to lure them into purchasing his owner’s fish and I took the funny picture to share with those who love Cho.
AsiaKOL: How do Cho interact with fans?
Le Quoc Phong: Cho prefers woman over men. Cho is always willing to be cuddled. I also sell clothes worn by the pet and uses the money earned to cover travel and food expenses.
